Bill A20: Mandatory imprisonment and forfeiture of Public employees convicted of public corruption

This bill provides for the mandatory imprisonment and mandatory forfeiture of pension and retirement benefits for public officers and/ or employees convicted of public corruption crimes that involve or touch their office or employment.

This bill creates a State housing rehabilitation program within the Department of Community Affairs for the purposes of assisting municipalities in the provision of affordable housing through rehabilitation of existing buildings, and creates programs that will assist buyers.
